“Most of us want change - though how many of us want to change?”

I believe creating change and a better future is an inside out journey that requires us to embody the change we seek to bring to the world. This is brave work, requiring us to see hard truths, take responsibility for our lives and venture beyond what we know into what could be possible.

I believe all humans are magnificent, with immense potential to be expressed and shared in the world. I believe you have all the answers within you and with the right conditions and support, you can discover that and live a full, empowered life that is both deeply satisfying and of service to humanity and Nature.

My own journey has spanned from corporate consulting with the Boston Consulting Group in Australia to grassroots education work in India to teaching courses at various universities and coaching emerging leaders. I love working with youth, women and visionary leaders who are committed to dismantling our current structures and systems and creating a future where all of us can thrive. I feel honoured to have done this work across various contexts from South Africa to USA to Europe to India.

I have been recognised as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum, and was a semi-finalist for the Young New Zealander of the Year Award. I completed my Masters in Business Administration on full scholarship at Oxford University. Outside of work I love a good sunset, to hike, kayak, play music and write poetry.
